The urine tube is the only item in your collection kit that can expire. It has a shelf life of about 19 months upon creation. Please confirm the urine tube is not expired prior to collecting your sample by checking the expiry date sticker on the urine tube (tube with white/clear cap). If your urine tube has expired, please do not discard your entire kit. Simply contact support for a replacement urine tube.

Once you collect your samples you may leave them in the freezer for up to one week prior to shipping them to our lab.
