1) Open the Cardiogram app on your phone
2) Tap “Log in”
3) Tap “Forgot your password?” beneath the “Log in” button
4) Enter the email associated with your account.
5) If you do not receive an email to the address you added, then you may have had a typo in your email address when you created an account. You can create a new account by going to the first screen and tapping “Sign up!” instead.
