1) Make sure that you’re checking the same email that Cardiogram has saved. To see what email that it is, tap the circle in the top-left of the Timeline pane > tap your name at the top of the sidebar.

2) If you don’t have access to the email saved in your Cardiogram profile or that email has a typo, you can change it from the profile screen. Be sure to scroll down and “Save changes” after updating the email.
3) Re-request the PDF after updating your email.
