Will Cardiogram tell me if I have atrial fibrillation?

No, Cardiogram will not tell you if you have atrial fibrillation at this time. Cardiogram is working on a study with UCSF called the mRhythm study to see if we can detect heart rhythm abnormalities (and other medical conditions) in heart rate data and hope to be able to offer monitoring services in the future.

As the research is in its early stages, Cardiogram does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. It is not a medical device and is not FDA cleared. Therefore, the information in the app reports on your heart rate without making any claims to the presence or absence of any medical conditions. We believe that wearables can be a tremendous and powerful way to enhance people’s health and are grateful to all of the mRhythm study participants for contributing to this research.
