Dear Cardiogram Fam,
Just like that, our year comes to an end.
For some of us, this year was one full of growth and joy. For others, it was one full of obstacles and heartache.
For all of us, it was a temporary part of the journey.
With the new year approaching, we all share the same goal of becoming our healthiest and happiest selves.
But first, we want to celebrate just how great you are right now.
Seeing as we chat with your heart on the reg, here’s what we know about you (whether you see it or not):
- You’re seriously brave. For facing each day.
- You’re a good person. Always trying your best.
- You’re super lovable. Again, we know your heart.
- You’re wildly cherished. We’re just grateful you exist.
So, while you keep pushing yourself to be better over the coming year, remember to also appreciate the version of you who is walking you there. Each step of the way.
